A Garden Gnome
You Can Believe In!
At long last BerGnome Sanders is completed - The gnome representation of a political hero who certainly deserves to be represented in yards and gardens across the nation – and the world!
For nearly four decades Senator Bernie Sanders has been an outstanding leader in the fight for economic equality, healthcare reform and environmental protection.
At just over 13 inches tall BerGnome is ready and willing to at least symbolically follow the Senator's lead and fight for the rights and welfare of your other garden denizens – whether they be other gnomes, squirrels, Buddhas, ferns, flowers or flamingos!
With his jacket-tunic, stylish blue tie and characteristic hand gesture he’ll make an excellent President for your yard - setting the trend for Senator Sanders' 2024 election!
The Fully-Painted Bergnome is $177, ( $27 of which will go to the real Senator Bernie Sanders' current campaign!)
While the Unpainted BerGnome is starting out at $88 (with similarly $13 going to Senator Sanders' newest campaign)
Shipping is additional and depends upon how far away you live from Portland, Oregon. I keep it as affordable as I can but as the gnomes are made of solid cement it's likely that for most domestic US locations it'll cost at least $30.
If you are interested for now you’ll still need to contact me through the contact form - or via email at email@example.com as I’m starting out with a small scale release while re-configuring e-commerce functionality for more convenient future purchasing options. Thanks.
* Also, the initial BerGnome will soon be joined by a slightly smaller BerGnome version - as well as a fun ‘Birdie’ Sanders figurine – that are both nearing completion.
BerGnome is also available unpainted - or rather painted with a layer of protective Primer - and then a light-gray color of paint that unifies his overall look.
The Primed-Gray BerGnome is available for half of the price of the fully painted figure at $88.50 ($13.50 of which will be donated to Bernie's campaign!).
Sometimes gnome castings don't turn out totally perfect and show seam-lines on their sides which I patch up with a strong epoxy material that nearly matches the natural gray of the cement but does stand out somewhat. So I've begun to prime and paint them gray for a better overall look - but if you are okay with a slightly rough look the Totally Unpainted BerGnomes are available at a slightly lower price of
